Prismara Circle: The Practicalities
An FAQ to Ground the Magic ✨
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been writing a lot about the essence of this container—what it feels like, the kind of creative unfolding it invites, the depth and spaciousness it holds.
But if you’re seriously considering joining, you might also be wondering:
Okay, Kelly… but what does it actually look like?
Here’s a list of the most common questions I’ve received—and the practical answers to them. Chances are, they’re the same ones you’ve been turning over in your mind as you figure out whether this is the right next step for you.
A quick note before we dive in: Applications are best submitted by April 9, and doors officially close on April 11. Spots are limited, and the earlier you join, the more we can shape the container around you. If this is something you’re feeling into, now’s the time to trust that inner nudge. Apply Today.

Q: How much time is required of me?
The core commitment includes:
Biweekly Live Sessions: 12 sessions over six months, each lasting 2 hours. These calls are at 9AM PT / 12PM PT (exact day of the week TBD).
4x Guest Teacher Workshops: During months 2-5, each 60-90 minutes (they will be recorded).

Community Engagement: Flexible, as needed.
In total, expect a core commitment of 2-4 hours per week, with additional optional opportunities for deeper engagement. This structure is designed to be supportive and adaptable to your unique pacing and unfolding.
Q: I have a full-time life— I’m a parent, a full-time employee, etc. Can I really do this?
Yes. And more importantly: you deserve a space like this.
Prismara was built with full, complex lives in mind. Many participants are parenting (infants included), working full-time, moving homes, living nomadically. I’m entering a full chapter myself—relocating to Costa Rica, trying for pregnancy, and spending time living in a van.
The rhythm is steady but spacious—structured enough to hold you, flexible enough to honor your life.
And the truth is: if you want this, you’ll make it work.
Part of Prismara’s purpose is helping you recognize that your dreams, inspiration, and creative longings are no longer negotiable. You will no longer be the human who squeezes creativity into the cracks of your life— you will figure out how to prioritize it (which is really just an inside job). Your dreams will now become essential, and your life will reorganize itself to make space.
Practically speaking, this means you might hire childcare for our calls, forge an agreement with your partner to be more supportive, or bring your laptop on your family vacation and claim a quiet space for our two hours together. None of that is rocket science, it’s just a matter of being ‘fully in’ on your dreams and setting healthy boundaries around them.
Q: What if I have multiple projects?
Then you and I have a lot in common 😉
Prismara welcomes creators with multiple soul-rooted projects. Depending on their scope, you might be encouraged to go all in on one—knowing that what you learn through one will ripple out to all of them. Or, if you have the capacity, you might move forward with several. That’s an individual choice I can help you navigate.
I’ll encourage you to focus on the project(s) that call forth your aliveness and stretch you at your edges—the ones that would most benefit from co-regulation, support, witnessing, and deep creative scaffolding.
This isn’t about doing everything—it’s about doing what truly matters.
It’s time to put constant ideating, spinning, and reiterating to rest, so you can finally learn through sustained action and committed momentum.
Q: What if I'm not sure what my project is?
That’s perfectly okay—as long as you have a few clear threads to pull on.
Maybe you know who you want to serve, or what modality you’re drawn to, but you’re not quite sure what shape it wants to take yet. That’s a beautiful place to begin. You can spend the first part of Prismara in the clarifying stage, crafting thoughtful experiments that move you toward clarity through action. Together, we’ll refine your direction through conversation, reflection, and aligned steps forward.
I also anticipate pivots and big evolutions within the container. We’ll always honor a beginner’s mind and leave room for what wants to emerge.
Q: Do I have to complete a project or launch something during the container?
No—but you absolutely can.
There’s no pressure to finish or launch unless that’s what feels most aligned for you. Some people will use this space to complete a tangible project or bring something into the world. Others focus on deep foundational work—clarifying their voice, rhythm, or direction.
The point isn’t the finish line. It’s meaningful momentum, creative integrity, and alignment with your timing.
Q: How much of this is ‘inner work’—feelings, emotions, energy, beliefs, etc.
A meaningful amount.
Prismara recognizes that authentic, creative leadership requires inner transformation. Your external project will often be a hologram of your inner world—as within, so without. To create something you're truly proud to share, you’ll need to become the person who can hold it. That means tending to your patterns, your self-concept, your nervous system, your visibility edges—all of it.
We don’t separate the creative work from the inner work. They evolve together.
Q: What modalities do you use inside the container?
We work with a blend of modalities that support both inner transformation and creative momentum. These practices are trauma-aware, accessible over Zoom, and always offered with choice and flexibility.
Some of the core approaches include nervous system regulation, somatic awareness and attunement, emotional processing, light breathwork (safe to do virtually), meditation, visualization, self-directed energy work, journaling, and inner inquiry. We also use authentic relating and other relational tools to foster deep connection and reflection within the group.
These aren’t used as rigid protocols, but as living tools—woven in as needed to help you access clarity, expand your creative range, and stay connected to what truly matters.
Q: How much is about strategy, structure, and practical execution?
A lot. But probably not in the way you’ve experienced before.
This isn’t a course that teaches you how to make your thing. It’s not a book-writing program, a video-production course, or a place to find hacks to build your audience. We live in a time when the “how” is more accessible than ever—you can ask ChatGPT, Google, or a mentor you admire within seconds.
Prismara is about learning to source your own how. It’s about building the internal capacity and external support structures that allow you to move from idea to embodiment, consistently and sustainably.
What we do explore:
Systems and structures that match your creative rhythm
Time and energy management that honors your nervous system
Experimentation around visibility, authenticity, monetization & other edgy things
Resourcing yourself and the group when questions arise
Developing trust in your own ability to navigate uncertainty
And since this is one-third Creative Mastermind, you’ll be surrounded by a brilliant, diverse group of creatives. This isn’t a niche program. We’ve got coaches, writers, performers, artists, somatic facilitators, community builders—all bringing different tools, ideas, and questions to the table. Ask yourself: Could being in a room with people who are not doing exactly what I’m doing be the very thing I need?
You’ll have access to the group for reflection, feedback, and support—but more importantly, you’ll be invited to ask better questions. Not “what should I do?” but “what’s actually in the way here?” or “what would support me in taking the next step?”
We’re not here to spoon-feed formulas. We’re here to help you think clearly, act courageously, and stay connected to what matters.
Q: What exactly happens on every call?
Each session evolves based on what the group is moving through—but we pull from a series of tried-and-true formats designed to support deep work, creative momentum, and meaningful connection.
You can expect a mix of:
Spotlight coaching (one person at a time, with full group witnessing)
Dyad work (1:1 partner-based reflection and feedback)
Small group breakouts for deeper exploration
Self-reflection time for journaling or integration
Journey work including visualization, meditation, breath/sound, and gentle movement
This structure allows us to meet the moment—whether that means clarity around a business decision, support through a creative block, or simply being witnessed in the messy middle.
Every session is designed to be spacious, grounding, and transformative.
Q: What will I actually walk away with?
Depending on your project and engagement, outcomes may include:
A completed offering, website, book draft, or body of work.
Messaging and language that authentically represent you.
A rhythm that supports your creative cycles.
Sustainable systems for sharing your work.
A deeper sense of who you are as a creative being.
A community that understands and supports you.
Most importantly, you'll gain a felt sense of your creative power that extends beyond the duration of the program— an intrinsic empowerment to say ‘yes’ to any of your ideas from here on out.
Q: What’s the arc of the journey? Are there themes?
Yes—and they’re intentionally both structured and responsive.
There are three macro phases that shape the overall arc:
Rooting – Grounding into your truth, clarifying what matters, and creating the conditions for your creative work to flourish.
Reclaiming – Meeting resistance, remembering your power, and building containers that honor your brilliance.
Revealing – Refining, sharing, and bringing your work into the world with clarity and resonance.
Within each phase, we’ll explore monthly themes. These are chosen in real time based on what the group is navigating and needing most.
Potential sub-themes include:
Creative systems that actually work for you
Time and energy management for a regulated nervous system
Visibility and being seen in your full expression
Ethical, aligned approaches to monetization and sharing your work
We’ll let the arc guide us—but we won’t force it. The themes emerge from you.
Final Note from Kelly ~
If you’ve been circling this page, reading the FAQs, imagining yourself in the room—this is your sign to pause and ask yourself:
What would it mean to say yes to this?
To your creative voice.
To your vision.
To the version of you who is ready to take herself seriously—not with pressure, but with devotion.
Prismara isn’t just a place to work on a project. It’s a space to step into who you actually are as a creator, a leader, a human being in motion.
It’s designed to hold you, stretch you, and remind you—over and over again—that what you have to offer is worthy of time, attention, and support.
If you know there’s something inside you that’s ready to be expressed…
If you want to be surrounded by others who are showing up to their work with heart and courage…
If you’re done trying to figure it out alone…
Then I’d love to walk alongside you.
The doors are open—but not for long. If this is your season, trust yourself.

With love and so much belief in you,
